EVENT STRATEGY & LEADERSHIP
Act before
you’re ready.
Let the door open.
I love in-person and in-person events because they bring out the best in people. Their personalities and ideas. When a room comes alive with real conversation, that’s what I’m here for.
I lead events with the belief that momentum matters more than a perfect plan. I help teams move from uncertainty into action, and make things happen in the in-between.
My career has taken me across industries and borders: from fashion to pharmaceuticals/ biotech, from intimate executive roundtables to global congresses across 25+ cities. That cross-industry path is exactly what shapes how I think. Events are never just logistics. They’re the moment a brand makes its case, a relationship becomes real, or an idea finds its audience.
The events industry is shifting. Attendees are more selective. Budgets demand proof of ROI. And the most effective programs are moving away from mass gatherings toward curated, high-value interactions, the intimate dinner, the hosted 1:1, the small group session designed to deepen one relationship at exactly the right moment. That’s the work I find most interesting, and it’s where I’ve build the deepest expertise.
I work best when the stakes are high and the brief is complex, who you need someone who can hold the strategic vision and the operational detail at the same time, and make it look effortless on the day.
